“June 2021 UPDATE: DWM installed a new roof for me several months ago… (See my 5-Star review below.) I was VERY IMPRESSSED with them and the quality/professionalism of their work and customer engagement.
That appreciation only deepened a few days ago as a six-inch diameter tree branch punctured my roof. I left a message for DWM (it was on a Saturday), and within 10 minutes I received a call back from David Morris.
As was the case in my previous DWM experience I found David extremely professional, responsive, engaged, and communicative. We coordinated a time for his team to come out, and again consistent with my previous experience, the DWM roofing technician was knowledgeable, attentive to my concerns, confident, and focused on his task. He arrived. assessed the situation, initiated the repair, finished in a little over an hour, and ensured that he left the job site cleaner than it had been when he arrived.
I expect that this review (and my previous review) may come across as to-good-to-be-true, but this team- from the Project Leads down to the roofing technicians- are true professionals who truly understand what customer engagement and customer service really mean.”
