We had a leak due to ridge venting that went bad. Based on neighborhood recommendations it was clear that DWM was the company we needed to call. They 100% lived up to expectations. The office staff was quick to return my call, friendly, understood the urgency since water was coming in, and scheduled an appointment for us the next day. Our roofer Brandon was nothing short of extraordinary. He was on time, also understanding, friendly, and clearly experienced. He explained everything in detail and presented our options without a “car salesman feel”. I trusted what he was saying and didn’t apply pressure. When we chose a full replacement, Brandon patched the issue until his team could get out there for the full repair, which happened much faster than we anticipated. What they did seems to have worked because it isn’t raining through our ceiling anymore! Given our experience you would be silly to not use DWM. They made a very stressful situation a little less stressful.
