Beginning with our first meeting with Peter Miller, we have been impressed by the professionalism and thoroughness of each member of the team. Because this project began with a leak, the process started with a great deal of anxiety and worry. But after Mr. Miller's frank and complete assessment following a detailed review of our roof situation, our anxiety lessened knowing we had put ourselves in reliable hands. Our trust was affirmend by the 8-man crew who performed the work - they were incredibly efficient and worked so well together. As we mentioned to Mr. Miller, when we watched them work, we marveled at how seamlessly the work flowed although different team members were doing different things - it was almost like a dance! Three different neighbors commented on this too.
Finally, we appreciate the care the crew took to protect the landscaping, the gutters and the entire area around their work zone. Not only did they carry away all the shingles and used materials when they were done, they raked the leaves around the house, and left the gutters cleaner than they had found them. They even carried away the trash from lunch. These are minor point compared to the phenomenal work they did on the roof itself, of course, but we recognize that this level of customer service is rare nowadays.
Please extend our deepest thanks to Peter Miller, to the crew chief Pedro, and to each man on the team that day. They have done great credit to DWM Construction, and their work and our new roof speaks volumes for your company.
